Supporting Our Heroes The Walker Real Estate Group: #4TheFrontLine
At the Walker Real Estate Group, we believe in doing more than just helping our clients buy and sell homes. For several years, we've been honoured to run the #4TheFrontLine initiative, which has become a cherished tradition in our community. It's embraced by our team, clients and community. Each April, we dedicate ourselves to supporting the brave people who serve on the frontlines—our first responders. It’s our way of giving back to those who risk their lives daily to keep us safe.
Throughout the entire month of April, we donate $1,000 for each home bought or sold. These donations go directly to the Ottawa First Responders Foundation, a cause that’s incredibly close to our hearts. The funds raised help provide vital resources for first responders—those who show up when we need them most, whether it's an emergency medical situation, a fire, or any other critical need. Their job is not only physically demanding but also emotionally challenging. They work under extreme pressure and stress, often leading them to require extra support. Yet they continue to protect and serve our community with unwavering dedication. That’s why we do what we do: to support them in any way we can.
In addition to our ongoing fundraising efforts, we’re excited to announce that this year we’ve also introduced exclusive merchandise for sale. Show your support for our heroes while looking great! We have hats available for $35, offered in both black and white. We’re also offering two T-shirt design options—one tight-fitted and one loose-fitted—both available for $45. Every purchase helps raise funds for the Ottawa First Responders Foundation, so you can wear your support with pride.
